What is the return policy?
If your product arrives damaged, hit us up within 24 hours with pictures and we'll sort it out. Since bodycare is a hygiene thing, we can't accept returns on opened products. No hard feelings.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all purchases are final sale; unless you receive a damaged product, in which case you should reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product, with images showcasing the damage.
When will I get my order?
We ship fast because we know the thigh-chafe waits for no one. You'll get a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on where you are, but we're working to get your Nakhras to you ASAP.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in India, for India. We partner with certified manufacturers who meet our (very high) quality standards. Every batch is tested before it reaches you.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are made without parabens, sulphates, and the usual suspects. That said, everyone's skin is different — we always recommend a patch test first, especially with our AHA/BHA products. When in doubt, start slow.

Can I use these on my face?
Our products are specifically formulated for body skin, which is thicker, less sensitive, and behaves differently than facial skin. Stick to the body (pun intended) for best results.
